In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" means Many Paths (trading as TheSpiritualityShop.com) ABN 68 440 237 878 of PO Box 516, Labrador, QLD 4215 Australia, and "you" means you, the customer.
By placing an order with us, you are signifying your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order with us. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, please ask for the assistance of a parent or guardian if you wish to make purchases.
• When making a payment by credit card, the credit card you use must be your own and be in your name.
• When placing an order, you must provide us with your legal name, along with accurate contact details, including your address and email.
• All goods must be paid in full before despatch. If paying by personal cheque, all funds must cleared prior to despatch.
• All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and purchases must be made in Australian Currency. The United States currency amount displayed throughout our online shop is designed as a guide only and is not reflective of the actual rate of currency.
• If we suspect a fraudulent or high-risk transaction, we reserve the right to refuse any order. In such cases, if payment has already been made, the charges will be reversed by us.
